Our story
Sixty years of care
From one counter on the Freie Strasse to three pharmacies and an online shop that reaches every corner of Switzerland.
1962
Founded as a single neighbourhood pharmacy on the Freie Strasse in Basel.
1989
Opened our own compounding laboratory for tailor-made creams and capsules.
2004
Second branch opens in Zurich.
2016
Launched our online pharmacy with a cantonal mail-order licence.
2021
Third branch in Bern and Click & Collect in all three cities.

We hold the Swissmedic authorisations needed to import, store and supply medicines, and we are inspected regularly.
Cantonal mail-order licence
Licensed by the Canton of Basel-Stadt to dispense medicines by mail order, with a responsible pharmacist named in our imprint.

Temperature-monitored storage and documented handling from the shelf to your front door.
Qualified pharmacists
Prescriptions and every order containing medicines are checked by pharmacists with the Swiss federal diploma.
Swiss data protection
Health data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and stored on servers in Switzerland.
