Prescriptions

Send your prescription, skip the queue

Upload it once. A qualified pharmacist reviews it, and your medicines arrive in 1–2 working days.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Upload

Send a clear photo, a PDF or the QR code of your e-prescription. You can do it at checkout or in advance.

  2. Step 2: Pharmacist review

A qualified pharmacist checks the prescription, the dose and possible interactions. If anything is unclear we contact you before dispatch.

  3. Step 3: Delivered discreetly

Your medicines arrive in plain packaging by Swiss Post. Medicines on the Specialty List come with a receipt for your health insurer.

Contact us
Which prescriptions do you accept?

Prescriptions issued by a doctor, dentist or other authorised practitioner in Switzerland or Liechtenstein: paper prescriptions (as a photo or scan), PDFs and e-prescriptions with a QR code. Prescriptions must be valid and show the date, the prescriber and the medicine.

How long does a prescription order take?

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually reviewed and dispatched the same day. If the pharmacist needs to speak to you or your doctor, we will let you know straight away.

Will my health insurance reimburse the medicines?

Medicines marked “SL reimbursed” are on the Specialty List, so your basic health insurance can reimburse them according to your policy, excess and co-payment. Every order includes an itemised receipt that you can submit to your insurer.

Can I get repeat prescriptions?

Yes. If your doctor has marked the prescription as repeatable, we keep it on file and you can re-order the same medicine without uploading it again, until the repeat allowance is used up.

What if my prescription is not valid?

We never dispense prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. If something is missing, our pharmacists will contact you and, where appropriate, your doctor, to resolve it quickly.
