Returns and complaints

For your safety, and as required for medicines, we cannot take back medicines or opened products once they have left our pharmacy. We cannot be sure how they were stored.

If we sent the wrong item, or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT: 2.6% on medicines and food supplements, 8.1% on cosmetics and medical devices. The VAT is shown on every receipt.

The prices of prescription medicines on the Specialty List are set by the Federal Office of Public Health. The same price applies in every pharmacy.
