Privacy notice

We process personal data, including health data, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We collect only what we need to fill your order, check your prescription and meet our legal duties as a pharmacy.

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details you give us when you order or write to us.
  • Prescriptions and the notes you share with our pharmacists.
  • Order and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.

How we use and protect it

Data is used to process and deliver your order, to advise you safely and to keep the records that pharmacy law requires. Health data is stored on servers in Switzerland, encrypted, and is only accessible to our pharmacists and the staff who need it. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, within the limits of our legal retention duties. Email care@alpenrose.example.

Terms of sale

Ordering

Your order is a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm it by email or ship it. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, after review by a pharmacist. We may refuse or limit an order where safety or the law requires.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. We accept TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance Card and, for eligible customers, invoice with 30 days to pay.

Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Free delivery applies from CHF 60; below that the fee is CHF 6.90. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

For safety, medicines cannot be returned once delivered. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
